Shipping & Returns Policy

No General Returns
At Renova, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction. All sales are final.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. You will be required to provide proof of damage (such as photos or videos) and your order details.

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund for the defective item. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging if requested.

Return Process (for defective items only)

To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at info@renova-jo.com. If a return is authorized, you will receive an return instructions.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship across Jordan. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers. Charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times:
Jordan: 5–7 business days after shipping.
International: Up to 20 business days after shipping.

Order Refusal & Commissions

The costs of refused orders may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping, handling, and customs fees/charges are nonrefundable.

Any set-offs, commissions, bonuses, or rebates paid to the Influencer or the Influencer's Upline attributable to the returned product will be deducted from their accounts until all set-offs, commissions, bonuses, or rebates are recovered. A “charge-back” transaction will appear as a debit on the Influencer's Upline's next Commission Report.
